Waited 25 minutes to get this. When I questioned the quality of the meal, another piece of chicken was added without the manager saying a word during the transaction. Apparently a staff member forgot to spray the tenders before cooking. I appreciate that staff are under the pump but please communicate with customers.

1. KFC do not provide napkins or cutlery etc direct. Make sure you pick up or ask for it.2. The chicken here sits around for a while, make sure it's hot and clean.3. Chips were cold. Had to ask for replacement.4. Tables are always extremely dirty and left unattended! Please try and schedule a table wrap clean atleast every hour at minimum??Overall, only good if you're really desperate .. like.. really !!

The worst kfc branch, you will always get a missing items..food not cooked wellThis is not the first time order from them and get a missing items or gives me a small pcs (wings )Alwys have to check your order before you leave

This place needs a deep clean. I would never eat here again. All tables, windows and floors have ages worth of food stains and food lying around in the corners. Even the ladies bathroom floors where overflowing with urine and so dirty I was scared to wash my hands. We had to ask someone just to come and wipe the tables as there was not 1 clean place to sit. With other peoples left overs standing everywhere. If we had to contact the health inspector I think this place would be shut down.

Went for the 1st time in this place saw cold drink stains all over the floor, dirty tables, we ordered from app and took a while,asked an employee to check out order he just zoned out on us staring to other people and not responding lol. Bro must be high, took sometime to get his attention, never faced such a situation, but the later lady was nice she helped us quickly. Apparently our order was just sitting on the counter. then we sent our cousin to get napkins she got the same zoned out no attention treatment. The wings were overcooked, hungry Af didn't bother complaining.

Bought a 21-piece bucket. After serving the family I discovered there were only 16 pieces, When I called them they said to bring it back. The children had already half eaten the food. Poor customer service and this is not the first time my order was stuffed up.

Greetings to whoever reads this. My parent's who payed for the $80-100 meal today had received only half their order at home. My parents struggled tonight trying to get food for hosting 5 children. When my parents called we became utterly disgusted by the way that this business operates. WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEE JUST SETS THE PHONE ASIDE WHEN A CUSTOMER SENDS A COMPLAINT?!?! Definitely not coming back. I’d rather chew off my own foot or go to red rooster.

Had the worst experience. Can’t believe they keep recruiting these young aged people who have no idea how to deal with customers. Ordered through the drive through with a very unfriendly voiced person. Moved to the payment window and waited at-least for sometime (no one was there and the window was closed) before moving to the next window. One person opened the window and handed over the food and was gone. So at that point the food was free as I did not pay anything. I started to knock on the window to pay and a while after a girl opened the window and started to lecture me for not paying in the last window. Just unbelievable how rude she was. Then her supervisor (so called Emilia) started to back her up for the behaviour. No surprises there. Order was taken incorrectly so had to get that sorted. Got out of the drive through and realised, they never gave me the drinks, unfortunately had to go back and the same girl who took the incorrect order, was not in her station was going on and on while I was given the drink by the so called supervisor. They did not have their name tags on and also refused to share the name. KFC cross roads - never again for me.

I had a very bad experience last night. So call lady manager was very rude she was literally shouting at us for no reason I was really shocked, I really don’t understand why she was so frustrated. As we were ordering some chickens that lady told us chicken run out and we did ask for another option but she raise her voice and said it’s run out. If everything is runouts then why are you even open lady. Please owner should hire someone who really wants to work not one who come to work frustrated and don’t know how to interact with customers. You should find somewhere else to work so call lady manager.

Ordered 3×hot and spice 1×Zinder box combo before collecting asked them is every thing is there all in one box checked in the car missing 3 piece's went back asking that staff all in sudden forgot take her name she so rude told me stop it. Instead of her fault she asking its drive through or picking from store don't understand what's big difference. After found out their mistake Instead of that staff another staff asked sorry... and this not the first time every time they do this mistake but this time soo so rude unprofessional customer service...forget to take her name just happned 18:00 13/6/23 Ravi
