Great gym! Very welcoming and inclusive. Mitch is a great trainer that's very equipped to teach beginners through to advanced at all fitness levels. Mitch is also very accommodating with affordable PT sessions throughout the week including Saturdays.

Physical phuture Albury is a fantastic gym for anyone who is wanting to learn the true art of Muay Thai and also for those just seeking for some fitness! Since starting there my mental health has improved 100% and everyone there is so kind and welcoming everyone is always working on improving and helping others learn along the way our trainer Mitch is set on helping every individual reach there goals if that be fighting or fitness he has your back to help you achieve those goals!

Both of my teenage daughters are members and absolutely love attending. Mitch has been a fantastic instructor and we’ve seen a huge boost in their self confidence as well as fitness levels with the added bonus of self defence skills. Started with the ladies only class and now want to go to every session. Very encouraging group and a real club atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend.... a great club with an amazing atmosphere. I have a 8y boy and teenage daughter who go weekly and enjoy being there developing their skills and confidence. Mitch is an awesome coach who workes well with kids.Also great for for beginners to experienced with a ladies night on Wednesday which is lots of fun.
