Ordered many pieces for my merc a250, ended up making a mistake with the order, and the service for fixing that mistake was impeccable, the day after I called I had received the replacement with no extra fees (even coming to my house to hand deliver it and offer advice on installation) . Thankyou so much for the kind service, will order from you guys again soon!

Packaging was not overwhelming, but nevertheless copped these as they were running a 20% promo, so I guess it was well worth it especially given the good carbon fibre quality. Delivery was quick too!
