DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I'M FURIOUS! SHE CANNOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Mum's 90th bday today. Probably her last as her Alzheimers is increasing. I rang yesterday & requested 12 yellow roses & 10 irises scattered amongst the roses, wrapped in yellow, plus purple tissue paper, with yellow & purple ribbon & bow, plus a helium 90 balloon attached. She sent me a photo this morn! 10 roses, with GREEN STALKS OF UNOPENED, NO FLOWER STALKS IN PINK OVERSIZED HARD PAPER & NO RIBBON! COULDNT SEE ANY BALLOON. When I asked her 5 times if she had already delivered this VILE WRONG, AMATEUR 'thing', she wouldnt answer me. I paid a lot of money. I am SO UPSET BECAUSE THE TYPE OF FLOWERS & COLOUR HAD VERY SPECIAL MEANING TO MY MUM. I'M 1000KM AWAY & SERIOUSLY ILL & COULDNT BE WITH MUM TODAY! THIS WOMAN CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU! SHE SOUNDED CHINESE.
