Went in with a specific enquiry, which staff were able to help with. Nez helped me - was lovely and knowledgeable, was able to sort out my issue. She then showed me other items of interest and did not make me feel under any pressure to purchase. She spent time with me (I felt bad actually!) As she pulled out various trays and draws. Of course, I walked out with more than I intended!

Rude and powertripping manager. The store entry was unattended but there was a QR code and there were staff and customers inside. After scanning the QR and browsing for some time, Saekkir the manager went bananas - was rude, insulting and unprofessional (and yes I'm triple vaxxed with medicate linked to Service Victoria app). If you don't want customers to enter the store until attended to by the door maître d' then have a sign and have a staff member stand there.Appalling service. Will not give Pandora Geelong my business.

Alexandra who picked up the phone was very helpful. When I went in Friday afternoon I had so much help from Cate and had a really fun time discussing things while I purchased some of the new collections. Wish I lived locally as this pandpra store would be the one I would go to often

We waited in line for over 30 minutes to get into the store. There was more staff in the store than customers! Then we were spoken to abruptly by a woman named Nev, who was SO rude!!!! Considering how long we waited, you would think she would have been more professional than speaking to my mother and myself in an aggressive manner.

Gemma was such amazing help and she did a wonderful job of up selling some awesome products. I had such a lovely time and both the girls were absolute pleasures. So friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!!
