We had some issues with an old airconditioner. Trimech was available on a relatively short notice to diagnose and fix the electrical problem. They alerted us of the poor workmanship of the previous installation in the roof space. We accepted their quote and the same technician returned in a few days to fix it.

It was a really positive experience dealing with Jason - he not only resolved our concerns re our air conditioner units, he explained how we could use our systems more efficiently. A great people person not just an air conditioning repairman. Phone support was also good and efficient.

The technician showed absolute professionalism and was methodical in all his work. He knew what was wrong eventhough the head office doubted his assessment. they were wrong and he was right. he deserves a raise from the way he handled our problem. very happy with his performance.

Trimech installed our new Braemar ducted gas unit, the service from start to finish was exceptional and the technicians cleaned up all the mess.They are very professional and I highly recommend. They are simply the best in the business.

I had them look at my gas heater. A young man came out and took the front off it and appeared to have no knowledge of what he was looking at and the the heater was not able to be repaired. Time taken about 30 minutes. They sent an invoice for $165.00. Crooks, never again.

We have recently used Trimech to install a split system in our current home and a ducted AC system in a new build. The neatness and quality of the installation had been excellent and the support and communication throughout is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
