Stay away from this baby bunting. Every other baby bunting I have shopped at the staff were quick to help out and often talk us through what is best for our family. Not today, not in Wagga Wagga. My partner and I struggled with the clips on a stroller we were looking at. All the while a staff member continued to fill the shelves at a snails pace right next to us, not offering any help for the 15mins we struggled. We looked at multiple strollers, still no assistance as the team member stared at us. She knew we were there, no approach or greeting what so ever. The same goes for the rest of the staff in there today. Time to look at some coaching Wagga management, that was embarrassing for Baby Bunting, a $500 sale now out the door.

Always happy to shop here, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I generally have a fair idea of what I'm after when I go in, but the staff are always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice/alternatives. Great range and affordable too!

Store door says store closes at 5.30pm on a Friday. At 5.01 I was advised “you’ve got about 30seconds to finish up before we close”. Looking now on google store hours say it closes at 5pm. Considering the store is only 2 months old, how about you fix your signage so you don’t have to be rude to your paying customers. I work in retail and would never speak to a customer like this. If other stores in town weren’t so low on stock I would take my business elsewhere.

Probably one of the worst baby buntings I’ve been too. The apparent car seat installer advised very wrong and illegal advice which for a new parent who has no idea could be putting their child in a very unsafe environment. Advising my children need to be forward facing at barley 6 months and almost 2 but the size of a 6 month old at a whole 9 kilos and tiny stature. Advised that car seat markers in the car don’t mean anything in aus and that kids must be turned FF at 6 months. There are some very very lovely staff there just a bit clueless but definitely try to help. If anything I’d try do your research before going here especially if it relates to car seats.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Really informative and was willing to give us demonstrations on prams and etc when we were unsure.Overall great experience and really made us feel comfortable with our first baby preparation.
