Climaterite provide excellent customer service. They were clear in their communication and enabled me to assess all my options for whether I repair my old split systems or install a new one.The installers then did a great job to be able to completely replace the old pipework despite it being a complex task. Very happy with my new Mitsubishi A/C and would highly recommend Climaterite.Cheers, Patrick

Absolutely outstanding service and professional approach. Hard to find quality tradies and a professional business that turns up on time. My air conditioning system in the roof was leaking water on a hot day on a friday (January) afternoon and these two guys were out within a few hours of my call and had the issue fixed by 7pm. Very happy with the service and an excellent local business with reasonable rates. Initially rang the people who installed the system 8 years ago and they said it would be two weeks whereas these guys were out the same days. Will use this company again.

Climaterite were super responsive after reaching out. Tim came out and his customer service was outstanding. He got our cafe fridges back to the correct temperature after a dust and filterClean as well as topping up the gas. Great service, highly recommend.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our split system, explaining options and possible outcomes. With our agreement the unit was fixed and tested fine.
