Closing down sale is deception , the owner there is rude and put the price up , sales price is still more than normal price , don’t believe the closing down sale ! Don’t go there !关门贱卖是大骗局，价格抬高卖出的价比原价还高，还不肯换，难怪会倒闭。

I had a problem with a broken torch that had failed after about 6-8 months.The manager/owner plus staff handled my case in a friendly and professional manner.I have shopped here for years and they are a good store to deal with.

Really rude manager, not professional at all. Some of their products are a scam, be careful what you buy. Used to shop here for years, but not coming back again

This shop has nothing to do with king of knives if you ever thought so. First of all, it’s got a different name and the owner most definitely needs to provide better customer service, he was rude as hell. Never buying anything from your shop sir!
