Nice, clean and well-kept shop. Rather small store, but well organised and friendly staff. Most of the floor space is rack after rack of women's clothing, with just a couple of racks of men's and children's clothes. Good knickknacks and a nice selection of books.

Friendly service but outrageously overpriced. The odd high quality item at $25 is expected, this place had entire rows of coats and blankets ranging up and beyond this figure. I truly hope this is not a reflection of the direction Salvo's stores are heading!

I love op shops! This one is smaller in size than the average ones but it has what mostly op shops have. The prices are slightly higher than the average. The parking area is huge. The thing about this shop is it's situated next shopping square and other shops. It is easy to go there after visiting supermarkets.

The lady was very dis respectful towards me banging on the glass saying they ant open yet I knew they wernt open yet . She was going on about I can't leave goods there because it will make the place untidy and come back when they were open i wasn't even going to do the I pop my stuff on the ground and she thought I was going to leave it there and take of.but I wasn't I was going to sit down on the ground and wait until they were open

Where's the customer service at an Op shop gone to? I understand that they are volunteers, but at least a smile would of been great. The woman that I asked for advice was blunt and walked away mid way through a question I had about a particular trench coat, even standing obviously in front of her to re ask my question she turned around and spoke to her colleague, completely rude and disrespectful.Salvos is a great store, I've been to many, some great ones include Gisborne or Mt Waverley, where they actually greet you as you walk in. I don't recommend anyone to this Salvos in Bundoora.

Be aware they close at 5pm so they'll start kicking you out before that. Unfortunately they dont quite grasp the concept of opening hours. The blonde short haired lady was also extremely rude.

Very expensive for an old school op shop. Very average t-shirts cost more than new t-shirts at kmart. Rough condition sneakers similar prices as they would be on eBay. Once stores like these would help people with less money, they now just seem like they don't care as much and are in business to make some coin. Shame really. I know the Salvos help in the communities alot, but I think they would sell more and have a higher turnover of stock if price were more reasonable and realistic.

The rudeness of this place astounds me.My husband just went to drop 4 bags of clothes off (good condition) to them to help donate to fire victims and the lady said “have you got anymore?” and then added “because we can’t take anymore as we have been getting just rubbish from people” in times like this I’m horrified by her rudeness in times like this and she shouldn’t be working somewhere like this.
