Spoke to owner Mr Low for a service callAdvise it was for a collapsed blind in a private apartment-an 87 year old demented person living aloneHad blocked accèss to her verandah and her view from her bedroomBest he could do is a service all in 4 weeks-and would not give a date.When asked if I could pay for after hours service -he said he would not even take on the job and hung upWorst after sales service everAnother chapter in how not to succeed in businessNow trashing the actual blind-a very ordinary over rated product

The blinds look good but after sales service is horrendous.The blind that ventral installed 4 years ago has stopped working properly. I paid for a service over 5 weeks ago and the Vental serviceman said at the time that a new part would need to be ordered and that they would send through the details so that I could authorise the purchase of a new part and book another visit once the part had been ordered in.I have called and email weekly for the last 5 weeks, not one email has been responded to and every time I get through to a person I am just told that someone will call me back and no one has done so yet.Today, when I rang I was told that sending through the information about what parts needs to be ordered is in a pile of other things to do and they would get around to it when they can as they are very busy... I asked if I could just agree to ordering whatever parts are needed from a verbal report as the blind hasn't been working for so long, and I cant use the balcony while it is stuck in the down position. The receptionist said no I had to wait for the report to be emailed, possibly this week sometime.Past dealings with services and bookings have been slow and unpleasant generally but this time it truly feels like they couldn't care any less about getting it fixed. No other company will service Ventral external blinds so they can get away with being slow and disinterested as they know that once you have installed their blinds you have to use them for servicing.I would strongly recommend using a different company to buy external blinds because of their terrible servicing and disinterested attitude once the initial installation has been done.

we have electronic external Louvres supplied by Vental , great product but they are appalling at after sales service , there is none and do not expect any and you will not be dissappointed!2 years ago they came to service the Louvres they installed and told us they had been installed incorrectly and did nothing about it.For the last 4 months we have been asking them to return to do service and repair work, each time we contact them, once to 2 times week , there is another reason they cannot come or a thing we have to do before they come ( like you have to give us your credit card details , which we did )Now after yet another call today they said , we are not coming , the only thing we will do is install a new set and here is the quote for $8000 ! Does anyone know if it is legal to ask for credit card details as a condition of committing to provide a service and then not showing up but retain the Card details?

Great blinds, made, supplied and installed within 5 weeks. Beautiful result and great appearance. All aspects of our contract were easy. Recommend Vental for any external shade solutions.
