i rang for an appointment on tuesday 17 01 2023 for the installment of electric stove , my details was taken and the promise of... we will get back to you and give you a day and time , its three day waiting and still nothing , terrible service ,would never recommend you to anyone..

The tenant of one of my self-managed rental properties reported a sparking switch and that the sub-floor heating was not working.I contacted O'Brien Electrical Moonah by 'phone (the on-line booking system was not working properly) and left a message for someone to call me.Shock! My message was ACTUALLY returned (sadly, very rare with most businesses these days) and within only 15 minutes!!A technician attend the property the same day and fixed the problems and charged a very reasonable price.I highly recommend O'Brien Electrical Moonah. 10 out of 10!!

After a flooding experience, we asked O'Brien Electrical to attend and check the air con unit and electrical outlets. They attended within a couple of hours and even rang to say they would be 20 minutes late! Excellent customer service and quality work - thank you.
