PHONE SCREENS

My iPhone X got stuck in a boot loop and couldn't get passed the apple logo loading screen. After trying for hours myself, going through forums online I decided to take it into these guys. Should have done it straight away in hindsight. They knew straight away what the hardware issue was and replaced a cable plus did a fresh install of iOS within 30mins while I waited which fixed the issue. Highly recommended and great price as well

Brad did a great job of repairing my Samsung S20 Ultra. Offered great conversation and explained some features of the phone to me.

Mean and nasty. Very poor customer service. Took my galaxy note 8 in for a screen replacement. He put a new screen on and everything looked ok. However my phone was black. He cracked the back plate while removing the screen and replaced it with a silver one. Then told me to come back in a week if I wanted a black one. A few days later I pressed down on the screen with a little bit of pressure and hair line cracks formed around the shape of my thumb. I used to press down on my old screen like that all the time and it never cracked.I returned to the shop to try and figure out if it was something Id done or something he'd done or maybe it was a poor quality part. He acted like he'd never seen me before then raised his voice at me and refused to discuss it. Very rude would certainly never use this business again.

Had the screen on my galaxy note 9 replaced in January while away on holidays. When collecting, was told sorry, only had a black screen despite my phone being blue. Regardless, I was prepared to accept this as long as my phone was fixed. However since the replacement, I have had very bad reception on the phone. Today I phoned and asked if that could be related and was told emphatically no. After having it checked by a local phone shop, I was advised, and shown, that the replacement screen was an inferior non genuine screen (Not the genuine screen I was sold), and was indeed the reason for my reception issues ( the body of the phone acts as the antenna). When I called back to discuss the issue and my options, considering I am now back in Sydney and can't simply take the phone back to his shop, I was shut down and they did not want to assist any further. I will be taking it further with QCAT as I have a report from the local repairer showing the fault is indeed due to the screen.

I had a Huawei screen replaced and the biometric fingerprint never worked after the repair. When I asked about it and for any ideas how to fix it. I was toldIt's a genuine screen should work" I doubt it was a genuine screen and his customer service was appalling."

These guys are REALLY good at what they do. I recommend all my friends here and everyone has had a great experience. Best prices, best service, and best quality. Save your self A LOT of money, time, and stress and take my advice , this is tue only phone repair shop to bother with.

Awesome place! The quality of what they do here is SO much better than every other repair shop I've been too.I had my iPhone 6 repaired here, and of course within an hour of picking it up i dropped it again, but, 'off a ladder', but low and behold it didn't even break. The last place i went to in Burleigh my phone broke sliding off of the couch onto a pillow... At this place i paid for the premium screen that they offer and i can attest that they are exactly that.Highly Recommend.

Took my iPhone 8 Plus to these guys to fix after I totally smashed it front and back after dropping it on the road. They said fix the screen and only fix the back glass bit if I wanted to or put a cover on it as the back Glass bit is expensive. I admire their genuine honesty about fixing it for me and got the screen fixed and put a cover on the the back. As their right Ill only replace it with a new one probably in a few more years and knowing me Ill only drop it again before then.So now my phone is working like new again and I have to say its worth the drive to them to get fixed as its fixed like new, Professionally when you look at it.Ive had others fixed many time by other places that don't usually last 2 days or more and fall apart as the screens are cheap when you look at them.Thank You for the repair and Im sure Ill see you again as Im good at dropping them.Sweet LeeThat time again I broke the front and back of my other Iphone 10 XS Max Plus Ive had only 12 months and took it to these Guy's again to fix and within the day they had it all repaired and it looks as good as new. I cant even tell the difference. Also it all works just the same as it did before I broke it. Im so happy I found these Guy's as they are the only ones I would ever trust fixing any of my phones. I have to say that as they are the only ones I have ever fix my phones properly.
