My 1st time visit at the Seacliff location. Libby was absolutely amazing. So honest and knowledgeable. The clinic was immaculate and the staff are lovely.

Had my lashes done here and the girl who did them (Mikayla?) was so evidently sick and congested, she had to leave the room several times so she could have cough. It was not a comfortable experience having someone that close to my face for such a prolonged period being so audibly unwell, god forbid if I was immune-compromised.Additionally, I had to postpone my appointment due to contracting Covid and being hospitalised. I was then told days before the rearranged appointment, that the deposit I had paid back in May was “forfeited” and I needed to repay it before attending. I’m not sure where this policy/timeframe is published so that it is clear and transparent for clientele but it was not apparent to me by any means. Why not call me and ensure I am aware that there is a month to use your deposit and I would have tried to get in there sooner? Essentially stole $80 from me with no clear warning or explanation. It doesn’t take an expert to realise that this sort of treatment is NOT how you gain long-term, loyal clientele and do cause thousands lost in long term profits… silly. I am now re-directing my friends to go to ABOUT face skin clinic just down the road who, in my opinion, gave much more accurate and experienced injectable advice as well.———————————EDIT - MY REPLY TO TOX BELOWWhat a dismissive and combative response completely non-conducive to good customer service. Me being in Bali is irrelevant so I’m not sure why you would even include that in your response. There could be many reasons why I didn’t want my lips to be dissolved on the spot when I thought I would be getting filler, including the extensive bruising that process entails and the planning around it. And FYI, I did agree to getting hylaurise because I was informed by your “senior” injector that my filler had totally migrated and I would:1. Needed the entire area dissolved before coming back in and2. Would need to re-fill from the start. I since sought the advice from a much more experienced injector who advised me the filler hadn’t actually migrated (showed me with an ultrasound device), didn’t look anywhere near as bad as I had thought (and been told) and just needed to be shaped with a slight amount of additional filler to fill out the border (like I had initially thought and went into TOX for).Now whilst it’s possible to have 2 different opinions as an injector, one opinion would’ve made twice the amount of money whilst the latter essentially lost money by just telling me honourable, truthful advice that saved me a lot of pain and money.Your “terms and conditions” need to be made clearer and like I said, a phone call would’ve gone a long way because giving me a short deadline VIA EMAIL to pay ANOTHER deposit by “6pm that night” in an email was aggressive and unrealistic (I work full time and don’t vigorously check my emails all day). By the time I checked my emails, it was the next day and my appointment had already been abruptly cancelled?? If a deadline is going to be imposed with such short notice, maybe try more responsive communication measures like phone?Additionally, my complaint that your lash technician was noticeably sick (which you conveniently haven’t responded to on your response to my google review) whilst doing my lashes also stands. It was terribly uncomfortable having someone that close to my face for 2 hours spluttering, gurgling, sneezing and then having to leave the room to have a coughing fit when I was going overseas the next day. Please send workers home when it is over the top obvious they are sick and have an occupation where they are so close to people for prolonged periods of time.This review closely resembles another review on here for the need for improved customer relations.. funny that

Attended TOX on the 9th of December 2022 for their anti wrinkle injections (120 units @ $450). Reviewed 2 weeks later, all good.Movement returned within 6 weeks, contacted TOX via email to ask why this would occur - no response.Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, rebooked for the 6th of February for another series of anti wrinkle injections. I was told I have an overactive forehead and was supplied with additional product. Taking TOX on their word, I booked an appointment for fillers and the next lot of anti wrinkle injections.On Tuesday the 7th of March, 4 weeks after my last series of injections, I noticed considerable movement had returned to my brow and forehead. Contacted via email to express my frustration and asked for my appointments to be cancelled and deposits returned.Refunds were refused and yet AGAIN I was told movement is returning because I have an overactive forehead. And, was blamed for not attending a review - because TOX never booked one.I’ve never heard that I have an overactive forehead from previous injectors and have never had a problem with Dysport previously..Whoever manages the administration at TOX is rude, and has ZERO customer service skills. When a customer contacts to make a complaint, hear them out, book an appointment to hear their frustrations.. that’s how it’s done. Instead, she chooses the blame game.. no apology, no offer to call and sort out the issue or any effort to ensure my satisfaction with their service.Not sure if TOX simply aren’t supplying the product amounts they say they are, or if their injector simply doesn’t have the experience to do it right. But either way, won’t be booking another appointment and will be sharing my experience with anyone that will listen.

Libby is awesome. I love clinicians who don’t make you feel like patient/customers. You can tell she’s incredibly skilled at her work and is super efficient. Tox also have a great loyalty program! Will be back xx

Today I had my lips dissolved by Libby and I can honestly say it was the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had getting injectables. The whole process was explained thoroughly and was completely pain free. I have put off having this service done as I was petrified but I’m so glad I did it the results are amazing and I can’t wait to continue my journey with tox 10/10 thanks so much I’m so happy with the results.

Tox is the best I always feel a million $$$ when I leave. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. They make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. I recommend everyone if they are looking into anti wrinkle or lips to go to TOX. They fixed my lips and I always have such a natural beautiful result and always so happy.

I had 3 areas of anti-wrinkle as well as cheek + lip fillers completed by Sammi recently and have only wonderful things to say about the experience. I was kept well informed prior to and throughout the procedure. Sammi was welcoming and asked lots of questions to ensure the best outcome for me, I was given plenty of take home after care information, and thus far the results have been fantastic! minimal bruising/swelling and I was kept comfortable during the entire appointment. I also noted that the discomfort was minimal and far better than what I had experienced at other injectable salons. Highly recommend Sammi, as well as the entire team at TOX for all injectable procedures/skin treatments.
