Practice manager took over from a nice receptionist and WOULD NOT LISTEN to what I was asking. Totally misconstrued what I said. Passed on her inaccurate version of that information to other people outside the practice. And the principal GP thought there was nothing wrong with this. He said he wanted me to make a complaint in writing - I never want to communicate with them again.

Unnecessarily Aggressively rude lady answered the phone and was a nightmare to speak with when you’re just a mum trying to book an appointment for your sick baby. Reading the other reviews I see the poor customer service has been flagged a few times, why doesn’t the business owner do something about it I wonder? For reference I Called around 1:30pm on 15 June 2021. Also I’ve been to the practise before and it’s musty, old and smells like urine.

*Update: Doctor Kerran Taylor has changed my views on this centre. She is very professional, she cares about you and she follows up on your progress. This world needs more doctors like her.Long waiting times, rude doctors, driven by money only. They don’t listen to you, They cut you short of your explanation of symptoms, then ask you to leave after 5 mins and charge a 100 dollars for just a quick check. Tried different doctors there and all the same. One even gave my 1 yo son the wrong vaccines because he didn’t pay attention to us. Terrible service.Edit: before gave them a 1 star. changed my mind when met Doctor Taylor. She is great. Reminds me of old time doctors that actually cared for the patients.

I went to see a doctor about getting a regular 6 month prescription filled. It wasnt bulk billed and he charged me for a long appointment not of my accord but because he was trying to get me to stay longer. When I handed in my prescription he had only given me 2 repeats so that I would need to return sooner. Care of patients or money making doctors? Not everyone can afford to see the doctor every month and when we do we expect to be taken care of....not processed as cash cows. Aviod is my advise.

We have been going there for 4 years now and almost every time , awful customer service by receptionist. It’s really because I like the doctor who follow us that I keep going but very not helpful front desk , rude and non empathetic. pricey service who rush you .One receptionist is very nice but sadly not often there ... and the rest of the front desk /receptionist team is SO unwelcoming that they should seek not patient/client facing job ! Every experience I wish to change practice.

My daughter works at Bondi Junction in retail and wants to get vaccinated. I rang the Medical centre at Rose bay as they have been our family doctor and immunised her as a baby. My mum and son were there last week. - Yes, She is an adult now, but is never sick, and has never gone to doctors. They rejected her due to her not coming in for an appointment for over 3- 4 years. Why would she if she is healthy teen - adult.This has made her anxious and unhappy. She does not drive and we, her parents" are interstate. Now she cant go to work as her coworkers are all from LGAs with high numbers.I think what made things worse

Awful customer service and very rude people. I had to get my son to type this review as my English is very basic. I had to run some tests and we walked outside the door and very rude practice manager did not even say hello. She opened up with a worst tone “no dogs on premises”. My son calmly tried to explain to her we had no intention to bring the dog inside or in the premises, he was there for me who I don't speak English and I needed to ask a question about my form. She side glanced at my son and said “well I am not the one doing it, so...” and shrugged. I had no idea what was going on. She gestured me to come in and shut the door in my son's face, as my son did not have the chance to say anything I thought, she had answered his questions. I had the procedure done and I wasn't even sure it was the right form.

Doctors are well-trained, personable and extremely skilled. Taking off 1 star for the receptionist

I had nothing but good experiences for several years until recently.I attended the practice to receive results from a blood test being very aware of the consulting fees they charge. As this was a follow up appointment, I didn't believe I would be charged.As I was walking out, I was chased after by the incredibly rude person from reception who demanded payment of $125.After a few minutes of back and forth conversation, it was agreed I could pay at the end of the month and they presented me with an invoice.I was sent for further tests which I promptly did and the practice is now holding my results ransom. They won't see me or return my calls until I pay the outstanding amount. Apparently this was a directive from Dr Adele Loo (which I find hard to believe).I find this extremely unethical, unprofessional and counter to their ethos. My health is at stake here! How can they justify not giving me my results for $125?!?There is no wonder why GPs are struggling and fewer of us are seeing them.I certainly won't be going back and strongly suggest you find a practice that cares more about their patients than the money.
