I am not sure which masseuse I had, but this was the worst experience ever. I was not a hotel guest, just came for a nice spa evening. I am from the US, and was surprised that they did not have a changing area where you were given a robe and slippers. I changed in the treatment room and she immediately started massaging me. She did not ask me if I had any injuries or issues. She used quite poor technique, and I had to continue to correct her throughout the treatment. At one point she tried to stretch me in a very uncomfortable way to which I pointed out that this movement is aggravating for my sacroiliac joints, and the opposite of how I should be stretching them. She also did a very deep massage on my carotid arteries, which is very dangerous and can lead to an ischemic stroke. I am in medical school, and by this point, I could tell she had zero underlying knowledge of the body and the musculoskeletal system whatsoever. I ended the massage early, and asked her if she had any kind of training in physiology or even knew what the sacroiliac joints were. She replied no, but then when I complained to the front desk lady, she told me everyone was certified in remedial massage. I did quite a bit of research since I am not from here, and it seems that someone certified in remedial massage would know how the body works and should start with a review of muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This was not the case. I was visibly in tears, and told the front desk lady that I wanted a manager to follow up given my traumatic experience. This did not happen. I have had over 200 massages all over the world, and by far, I can say that this has been one of the worst. Spend your money elsewhere.

My friend and I each had a massage and facial at Kailo. We were both very happy with the whole experience.My therapist was Henrietta and I found her delightful. Responded when spoken with, just the right amount of pressure and intuitive enough to move off a spot exactly when you wanted her to move off. Henrietta's facial skills were relaxing and pampering. The products are lovely and I felt the benefit of my experience for several days. I will be back. It was a lovely experience in luxury surroundings with a skillful practitioner.

KAILO Medispa is truly one of the best medispas I have ever visited. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were all incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.My experience at KAILO Medispa was absolutely amazing. The treatments were all top-notch, and the results were simply fantastic. The staff took the time to really listen to my concerns and provide me with personalized recommendations, which I really appreciated. And the facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable, making my visit all the more enjoyable.One thing that really stood out to me about KAILO Medispa was the level of attention and care that the staff showed towards me. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy throughout my visit, which made all the difference. And the fact that they followed up with me afterwards to check on my progress was a really nice touch.Overall, I would highly recommend KAILO Medispa to anyone looking for high-quality medispa treatments in a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff are amazing, the facilities are top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. We visited Kailo while spending the day at Cailile hotel. The facial was phenomenal, the service, the attention and professionalism was a lovely treat after a day lounging and enjoying the hotel. I would highly recommend.

I called Kalio to get a recommendation on a face treatment for my sensitive skin with dermatitis and mentioned I do like LED, phone consultant right away said The Red Carpet facial 45 minutes $200.Arrival is lovely, rooms are a little clinical and underwhelming but I was exited for a relaxing informative facial. Therapist did a skin assessment left and got a mask treatment, quite uncomfortable she removed it straight away and went to get 2 others to try. Both those were stinging and uncomfortable, my face worsening. We just proceeded to the LED healing light treatment. My face was hot and uncomfortable but I knew the light would be doing good work, I just wish I didn’t have to have the light working on something that’s just damaged my skin.At reception I gave them payment and told them I was a little disappointed I didn’t have a ‘facial’ like I had booked and she said someone would call and check on me tomorrow.I had the phone call today, I was offered another complimentary LED treatment. I was told there was another facial i should have been recommended for extreme sensitivity cases and intended for people going through something like chemotherapy and that her phone staff would be trained to identify the customer in future.I declined a complimentary LED as I’m moving interstate next week and there is absolutely nothing that she could do for me, warning to those who are purchasing gift vouchers or a special day for themselves- don’t book it because it’s The Calile hotel.- I wish I could share the photos of my face after the facial on this Google review, they were shocking !!!Book an amazing experience at a different spa.This is not it!

I had several treatments at Kailo during my stay at the hotel. The staff are lovely and very accommodating with requests and changes. My massages with Kritsana were an absolute highlight - she is excellent and I highly recommend her remedial and deep tissue massages - the best!!

We absolutely love Kailo and are so grateful for the warm and welcoming environment at the spa.

I had a 60min deep tissue massage with Dana today, this is the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She took a few minutes to assess my body and found all the pain points: tense hamstrings, muscles aches, knots… Without telling her anything, she spent quite a lot of time on my left shoulder, which has been painful for months. I left the spa light and relaxed, feeling fixed. If you feel achy after a long flight or have muscle aches because of exercising, this is definitely for you.

I cannot recommend highly enough. I had two treatments over two days. My therapist, Henrieta I had both days. She was professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not pushy with products but very helpful and informative about what was being used. This approach made me want to buy the products. The treatments were beautiful, indulgent and worth every cent. I will be back for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
