I could not fault the service we received from the staff of Perth Staging and in particular from Luiza. Her eye for styling was fantastic and she was able to make the house look fresh and very liveable. The cost of the styling was worth every cent and certainly contributed us achieving a far better sale price than we were hoping for. Receiving three offers after one home open highlights how well the house was presented for prospective buyers. I couldn’t recommend Luiza and her team strongly enough.

Luiza and her team were amazing! I can not speak highly enough of this talented lady. My husband and I had a rental property we had renovated and wanted to sell. Rather than sell an empty home I wanted to create some wow factor and have it styled. I sourced a few quotes. When Luiza from Perth Staging visited the property she was very mindful of the character of the home and how to style it accordingly (other companies took a cookie cutter modern styling approach). I hired Luiza for the job. After she styled the property I wanted to move in! Luiza had achieved the wow factor in every room! The first weekend on the market we had two offers, achieved our asking price and sold the property! I don't think this would have happened without Luiza. She helped sell a lifestyle. Thank you lovely lady. We will use you again for our next property :-)
