Absolutely love this place and have had no hesitation recommending it to many friends already! The environment is very welcoming, professional and non-intimidating especially for women and the techniques are incredibly useful and practical. No better place to learn self defence! Hands down one of the best self defence and martial arts academies in South Australia. Graham and Laurie in particular are amazing instructors. They are extremely technical and do a fantastic job of breaking down techniques. If you are considering learning Krav Maga, look no further! I am also a female and it is not intimidating.
