Generally ok, there are some dishes here that are good - such as their karaage chicken but others are a bit of a miss.In terms of value for money then yeah it’s definitely hard to beat, even ohnamiya across the road can’t compete in terms of what you get for what you spend. You will have to order the right dishes as I said before because there are definitely some dishes that aren’t great, but karaage, katsu and teriyaki (the standards) are done well and are safe. Portions are big, enough rice to feed 3 people with the large set. The thing that bugs me though is with the Katsu theyll give you basically enough sauce to cover half a piece of chicken and then charge you for any extra when it’s definitely not enough. Bit conflicting but I guess you gotta make money somehow.Parking in this complex is a nightmare during popular times, so come prepared to do war for a spot, the venue is large enough to comfortably fit a bit group but it is also a popular place so maybe come earlier or call ahead to get a spot.Either way - it’s a good fast Japanese alternative with great value. If you are a Kaarage chicken fan then you must give it a shot.

Hands down the best karaage chicken in Perth - not sure what they do to this chicken but it is perfectly crispy yet juicy inside. Been coming here for years and the standard hasn’t changed - the price has gone up slightly but that portion of chicken with rice, salad and miso soup for $14 is still great value.The only issue I have is they’re not open on Sunday’s or for dinner!

Friendly service, food portion is huge, price is affordable. Could have gift it a 5 star if not lacking a bit of taste on their fish katsu. Great for anyone who want to have a quick meals

Busy little place popular with young families. It wasn't easy to get a table during Saturday lunch time and need to order before taking a table. Food are served quick and quite tasty. Portion is huge.

Attentive staffs who give warm welcome to everyone stepping into the store.Though store is on the smaller side, it can still accommodate about 30 people (a bit of a squeeze).Food wise happy with the portion, taste & pricing. Fairly big portion, taste well & overall pricing is sharp.Parking can be a bit tricky as lots of nice eateries around & during lunch / dinner times... It's a challenge finding parking.Hence I notice they have lots of customers doing takeaways.

Huge portions for the price paid. Just look at the amount of pork katsu with a big bowl of rice. It can easily feed two people. Plus point that they are using short grain rice. Taste is good as well.

The staff are very friendly calling out hello as you enter. That was nice!The tofu was yum and the rice had a nice flavour in the tofu Don.Good portion size and price.Got quite busy, so seems popular!Not too many veggo options and the tofu curry is not veggo FYI.
