Went to pay my bill in advance and was told that can not pay cash. That's fine not the problem. Then she said I will print out your bill, so I could pay at the post office. The amount of the bill was 19 cents. Now I went to the post office and paid a 19 cent bill. Then asked to pay next month's in cash witch will now cost myself approx $3.50 in frees. I was not told the amount in extra fees when I went in to the store this morning. Not impressed with the service I received.

I saw Jack yesterday. Great customer service. He was not only professional, friendly, patient. Jack gave me the information that I need and gave me time to think about the plans and I came back and signed up and replace my handset.Jack is highly recommended I received better customer service from Jack and this store then another Optus Store.Keep up the great service. If you want to be looked after...you need to speak to Jack.

Was served by a lady who seemed to be very nice.I have only just now found out all the terms to my phone plan after having issues paying and extending the billing period.Most of the time you're meant to explain all aspects of a plan before gathering the customer info and signing them up for a plan.
