I was terribly disappointed with the Staff and the Duty Manager on duty at McDonald's - Heatherbrae last Friday when I called in there, and then I left the Premises disgusted without purchasing anything.I had waited there patiently for approximately 20-30 minutes to be served at the Counter with a few other people in attendance also waiting to be served, however not one Employee or Duty Manager approached the Front Counter to take our Orders from us... They appeared to be too busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves out in the Kitchen area, whilst another Employee stood around in the Dining area playing with his Disposable Gloves ?Non existent Customer Service ?

Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, opened the bag and I have a small box of cherry tomatoes????? Ordered a cheeseburger no bun that comes in a box, they got that right but put the cheese face down on the box so it sticks to the cardboard. It’s not rocket science, meat first, it doesn’t stick to the box. Tried to call 4 times, no answer. Fast food at restaurant prices.

Bunch of kids not really caring about service. Lots of customers asking about their orders and they just shrug it off and say a quick 'sorry bout the wait '. Been waiting 25 mins, its hardly busy. Will have to remind ourselves to just get something from the petrol station next door next time

Ladies toilets filthy. Dismissive shift manager when I spoke with her a half hour after advising staff ladies toilets needed attention. Looked like they had not been cleaned for days. Only one out of five toilets useable"

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.Food slapped together, classic angus missing tomato and onions. Chips stale, complained and the spotty teen mumbled and walked away. Rubbish everywhere, food left on tables and the floor. All bins overflowing. What has happened to this franchise? 7pm at night not exactly busy.

I drove by on the 7th March 2023 around 1030pm on the way back to Sydney.I was grumpy and tired after driving for over 3 hours.I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady at the drive through. She was well mannered and seemed cheerful. After changing my mind several times and decided on my order, I proceeded to the window.Is greeted with a friendly face and a smile! She genuinely looked happy to be at work. She waited patiently as my codes on the app didn't seem to work. Eventually she helped me sort out the code!I proceeded to the next window and was greeted by another happy young lady!I was so shocked to see a young crew provide such excellent and friendly service at McDonald's. I've never seen this anywhere before.As the staff were handing me my food through the the window, I asked if they liked their job there. They all replied of course"What a difference this makes when staff are happy.I was glad to see that my food was brought out to the waiting bay by a friendly young man instead of the young ladies as it was a fairly quiet night in the car park.Oh ... Food was all nice and hot!Excellent job guys! Thank you to the crew that served me that night."

We waited half an hour for two flat white coffees and cake and had to ask for the cake again when fifteen orders above ours were being served. The first coffee came out and the second one was later placed on the counter with no number attached, and it was not very warm. The girl made me feel that I was an over complaining customer. We won’t be visiting here again. It used to be such a friendly stop but since the ordering machines have been installed the customer service has taken a nose dive.

Dirty throughout the store from outside to inside. Order doesn’t match what is charged and printed out. Juice was 90% soda water. Staff don’t speak or acknowledge people. The store is getting worse each time I go there. The McCafé shopfront has disappeared and no food on display. Coffee prepared somewhere else in the shop. Orders are almost thrown at customers. Orders not correct. Bins overflowing. Needs a very good manager to clean this place up and improve the service and the food served. Dine in doesn’t exist. All good is in paper bags. My order came in 4 different calls to the counter, not all together.

One of the worst cups of coffee I have had,asked for a double shot extra hot,got a single shot and cold....husband wanted black tea med ,got black coffee large. .staff certainly need extra training,won't be back!!! Toilets disgusting...hand drier has never been cleaned
