Thrive Children's Therapy

Our experience with Thrive has been nothing but positive for myself as a parent and my son.From day one, everyone in the team, therapists to admin, have been professional, approachable and welcoming, allowing my son to feel safe, secure and supported during all his sessions.Effective communication was of upmost importance to me when choosing a service for my son due to poor experiences in the past, and Thrive did not disappoint. My questions and concerns were always heard, and addressed and explained in the most appropriate manner.I have recommended Thrive to many of my colleagues, family and friends, as they have seen first hand the difference the team has made to my son, our family and his confidence.

Our son was lucky enough to receive therapy from Rukiye, and the improvements we have seen have changed our life for the better. Our son now has the ability to better regulate his emotions, we have mechanisms to use at home and when we're in public + he articulates himself so well. We're so grateful to have visited the clinic and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I have been dealing with health professionals for my child’s whole life and never have I experienced any place as unprofessional and unkind as Thrive. I really tried to avoid writing this testimonial and attempted to sort things out to no avail. I have sadly had to escalate to Speech Pathology Australia. My impression is this clinic cares more for money than genuinely supporting children. We all want the best for our kids so I would recommend avoiding this clinic. If you are already a client - get everything in writing as I’ve been able to use the evidence of their dishonesty and unprofessionalism to support my case when escalating.Edit to reply to your response - We have actually communicated over and over again with you. To the point where I communicated that we actually needed to step away and escalate the issue. When we asked for paperwork you said it would take at least 2-3 months for you to complete anything so I am surprised how quickly you have responded to this review. It is also suspicious that within hours of me writing this review you are suddenly getting brand new 5 star reviews. I’m a little confused why again you are being untruthful but hopefully this just continues to serve as a warning to other parents.

Thrive Children’s Therapy is a warm and inviting place. The owner and head therapist Jade Williams is caring, professional and will always go the extra mile for her kids (the children she is helping). I wish there where more therapist like Jade.

My son and I have really enjoyed working with the team at Thrive. Their attention to detail, professional conduct and kind nature towards my son is unwavering.Since we started visiting this clinic at the start of the year, my son has improved significantly with his communication.As a mother, I can see how valuable these sessions have been in giving him the confidence interact more in social environments.Thank you to the Thrive team, we look forward to continuing to work with you all next year.

We engaged Thrive for help with my 3 year old daughter’s stutter. They were fantastic. Very thorough, provided extensive research and reasoning. My daughter loved going and still asks if we can go back (often). She even enjoyed the zoom consultations when they were necessary. Importantly, her stutter is almost non existent now. But even better, so much of it was about arming us with the knowledge and skills to assist her now if she needs. We can’t thank Ruks enough.
