Just Better Care Hills to Hornsby
JBC Hornsby have really rallied to assist my Mum to live in her own home with Dementia. We needed lots of discussions at the start to establish what was required as this is a tricky process. Now the service is well co ordinated and the level of support worker is very high. It's taken a while to get into a good rythmn - but we are there now and Mum is having such a good quality of 1:1 care in her own home. I work in the sector and know this can be challenging to set up - very pleased we have got to this space with JBC Hornsby.Thanks to the team invovled for givign us peace of mind that Mum is being cared for in her own home.

Just Better Care Hills to Hornsby
Renee from better care is very unprofessional... we have a meeting on tuesday @11am then calling me late saying she have an emergency to attend so we need to rebook it. After rebooking it for thursday at 11am again, she called me and telling me she can’t help us and can’t provide a service. Very disappointed client here. She’s so unprofessional. She works at the company where provide services to people who’s in need but she’s making client wait for her.
