Be careful of them! They invited me to shop to look at a part, then charged me $77 for cleaning it? I challenged them because I did not authorize them to go ahead with that job, I then had professional pool cleaner do the same job they were meant to have done, he stated it hadnt been touched

I always get the best service from this shop. I have often been in the shop and had my pool water checked and have not felt that I needed to buy chemicals, especially since I had some at home. Great advice and the best part is that everyone who serves you knows their pool chemicals well. I have also never felt that someone was trying to sell me something i didn't need.

When they failed to do there job and I had chosen to go with another company, they tried to charge me $500 for a green pool they had cleaned a few days earlier.I am telling you now run, don't walk away for this company.Speical shout out to Wendy the rudest human I have ever dealt with and I have worked at a call centre.

Our portable spa blew a motor and the chap quickly sorted out the problem with the motor but also found the reason why the fault developed. Very impressed with the timely service and work ethics, would strongly recommend them.
