RE/MAX GBT have managed rental properties for me for nearly 10 years now. They are professional, quick to respond and look after the property and the tenants well.

We have rented out our home with RE/MAX GBT Realty Property for the past five year's. We have developed a really trusting relationship with the company, where they understand our needs with the regards to the tenant and up keep of the property. They take care in finding the right tenant.We are given extensive reports and pictures every month and at year end we are given a very extensive statement pertaining to the property for our accountant.The communication with regards to any issues about the property that the tenant might experience is very quickly resolved due to quick emails or phone calls to us as we live 1600 kms north of Perth. We are extremely happy with our reality company.
