Thank you very much to Steve Kelly, who assisted me beyond what would be expected. I was in a dire situation having inadvertently damaned my keys. The keys belonged to a rare car, and would have taken potentially weeks to source an alternative from overseas. Within 5 days, Steve went out of his way to source new keys, and provide a new housing for the damaged set I still had. He visited my home promptly and provided courteous and quick response to telephone calls. These days, it is rare to find business conducted so professionally.
