Went to Bunnings Underwood Eatery, ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 raspberry muffins. My wife's coffee was only 2/3's full and both our muffins tasted like they were half raw and not baked properly... Yuk yuk yuk

Allowed me to remain in store without buying anything while my car was being serviced. They have like items of varying prices depending on your budget. They really look after their plant stock too. Impressed.

I would like to express what a wonderful experience it was to deal with Marty from Bunnings, Underwood. This elderly gentleman was so helpful and went the extra mile to help me as a woman I didn't know what exactly I was looking for and where to find it but he just guided me and gave me some expert advice. You should employ a lot more people like him as his service was exemplary and this is lacking in our society today.Please acknowledge Marty is whatever way you can.Thanks

It's big and it has lots of variet for the inspired handyperson or professional tradie. Trying to find exactly what you want can be a challenge. Trying to find a staff member who can help you might be your biggest challenge. Plenty of undercover parking where you will find the famous bunnings sausage sizzle on the weekends.

Went in today to grab some paint and was served by Wendy. I was confused by all the different variety but she knew exactly what to grab and the exact darkness I would need and tips. Made the trip there heaps easier and quicker.

26/12/2022: Just impossible! They are not willing to stick to their word. I found an item with Myer cheaper than at Bunnings and they were meant to beat it by 10% as per advertisement (it's every day on TV!). But when it comes to it they just play dumb. (See pictures attached from my purchase from Myers and bunnings online price). Katerina (Manager from Bunnings Underwood) said, she would only match the price, but not beat it. Just no integrity with Bunnings, wherever you go. She kept saying it is out of stock, despite it was limited stock available on Myer's website. This is why they are one of the biggest winners from Covid, making 2 billion dollars last year!!!!27/12/2022: I picked up the item from Myer today despite Katerina insisting yesterday, it is out of stock"

Worst bunnings experience ever.Under staffed. Staff clueless staff unhelpful. No staff around to help.3x staff said they would look after me after their current customer,3x they went to someone else next.Had to go to tool shop and wait in line for 5mins to get someone to have 1min to help me... then they dend me to service desk and then service desk send me all the way back to the item where i had to wait for someone to come and get the item down.Waiting to wait.... much time to sit and be annoyed and write this review..Waiting and Walking around i found a step... I'll get it down myself...Far CRY from Ballarat Bunnings...
