The staff came to me. Which I appreciated as I felt more comfortable in my own surroundings. The staff member who came to see me was kind, respectful and patient. She was knowledgeable and flexible. She took the time to understand my situation and my needs.

My mother had home visits after a total knee replacement surgery and this service was excellent. The communication was excellent and the physio was great. He arrived on time, was caring and took time to explain and answer my mothers questions. He also sent an update on her progress after each visit and exercises to print out. He was very encouraging and patient and she always felt reassured after his visit.

I strongly recommend that before hiring better rehabilitation you ask about the fees as they will charge you for every minute they spend talking to you and no deliver any services at all to the client. They are most probably not even qualified in the fields that they are supposed be as they don't even show their ids. The Occupational lady didn't know her alphabet when trying to teach my daughter,she would also stay for 20 minutes and charge me for an hour. Very disappointing to find these kind of people who take advantage of the innocents & the system.
