Excellent service. Great results. Insurance claim. They advised 1-2 weeks. Car was returned in 1 week. Organised my car rental, arranged taxis to and from. Did a superb repair and paint job on the car. Even touched up paint in non-claim area. Most pleasant smash repair experience. Highly recommend.

Rude receptionist ever, took the car there to repair and they somehow lost the dashcam mounting. We brought the car back to show them the missing mounting. We waited for 2 weeks to call them to follow up, asked to speak to the person in charge which known the matter but their receptionist tried to be a smart b...ch and the conversation gone nowhere and ended up bitter.

Excellent Service from Gary Flynn Smash Repairs from start to finish. Final result of workmanship top class. Highly recommended and very accommodating friendly staff. Car was returned pristine and much better than when it went in!! Finally a garage that returns your car clean. Would definitely return again.

Got my car repaired. Was told 3-4 days. Took 4.Pros: they did the job.Cons: their modus operandi is not quite customer-focused. My service was booked 2 weeks in advance, should be no surprise. On the day I dropped the car they told me that they did not order the required parts, they only do so when they receive the car. My intelligent guess is that out of 4 days my car was at their place they were waiting 3 days for the parts to arrive, during which I could not drive and they did not do anything either.

Excellent repairs to a brand new car suffering shopping trolley damage. I cannot fault the workmanship, paint finish and friendly customer service provided by Reception Staff and Tradesmen. Definitely recommend this repairer and would return again if ever the need arises. Thank you to all staff.
