Buildfix did a great job stabilising the soil and lifting areas of the home that had sunken due to water ingress.Matt Jones was fantastic to deal with and addressed any shortcomings I had about the repair.

I had 3 number of organisations come to give me a quote. Buildfix was by far the most knowledgeable and got back to me quickly. Of the others one never got back, and the other returned for multiple visits and complicating matters re supposed permits needed to do the work.With Buildfix, a date was booked to do the work, the team turned up and I left them to their devices and they were finished in 2 hours to raise the wall. A return visit was then booked to insert horizontal rods to stabilise the wall (forever!). Again the work was done efficiently with no disruptions to me.I am very pleased with the end result and the efficiency of dealing with BuildFix at a fair price.

Highly recommend! The entire process from enquire through to the actual appointment was excellent. I had them come out as I was concerned of the cracks we are seeing throughout the property. Matt showed up, accessed all the cracks, explained what they were and things to look out for. The good news is nothing needed to be done but I know I will return to them in the future if we need help. I have never met a business so helpful and I can't thank Buildfix and Matt enough. I submitted a request for a quote to BuildFix to repair my 80 year old brick garage and house in mid January as my neighbours had raised concerns regarding the size of the cracks in the wall that borders their driveway. BuildFix responded within a week and a time for an inspection was organised quickly.Structural Consultant Matt came out to do assessment. He spent quite some time taking measurements to determine what could be done. I found Matt to be knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment and realistic about what could and could not be achieved using GeoPoly to stabilise my garage and adjoining walls of my house to prevent further subsidence and the Helical Bar to repair the cracks.The subsidence repair was completed quickly by team members Joe and Aiden. It only took half a day to do. I found it fascinating to watch the process. The guys were happy to answer my questions and have me watch on as the foundations were lifted. They took great care not to disturb my neighbours concrete driveway when injecting the GeoPoly in to the garage wall foundation, taking measurements constantly to ensure the garage and adjoining walls were supported adequately.The Helical Bar and brickwork repair were carried out by George (with some help from Joe and Aiden), who all did a fantastic job . George worked 2 very long days to ensure that the work was completed to a high standard within the quoted time frame. The work site was left as clean and tidy as was possible.Overall I'm very happy with the outcome of the GeoPoly and Helical Bar installation. The garage and adjoining walls look 100% better and I'm no longer concerned about falling bricks and sinking foundations. I've included some photos showing the before and after.I would not hesitate to have BuildFix back again to do additional to repairs other areas of my property if/when required.Thanks again BuildFix Team :)

Buildfix installed a new expansion joint in the wall of my house to fix a cracking issue I had. Great service from start to finish, reasonable price, and did a neat job. Would recommend.

Called up to get a quote done for some cracks in my house and was pleasantly surprised to have the quote arranged super quick and free of charge. Lots of information was provided to me about my issue and the solution. After looking at other companies it was clear buildfix was the best for the job.After accepting the quote the job was scheduled and the guys turned up on time and ready to go! All up it only took the morning to fix my sunken slab and it was amazing to watch the progress of the house lifting!Highly recommend these guys! Super professional and just genuine people!

Really appreciated Matt's advice about a crack on my brick fence. To cut a long story short, Matt was confident our fence would fix itself once the neighbours addressed an issue with their adjoining fence. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary services and the advice was free. Really great to deal with an honest company.

A great job well done. We had a particularly challenging set of circumstances around 100 year-old waste pipes with cracking etc. Buildfix had a plumber on site with camera to monitor those services during the injection stage. A brilliant thing for peace of mind. We did have some foam get into a pipe during the process - and we were able to catch it early and removed it. A great relief! It's also a great feeling to have your building foundations back in working order. Can't recommend Buildfix highly enough.
