Veronica was great. Up front, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They do run to time frame which is good. You not stuck in there for longer than you have to be. Answer all questions and query.

Tax Store Mackay have been my accountants for several years now. The staff are very professional but also welcoming and good at explaining what's needed for the visit and thereafter. Great central location, easy parking and you can book online as well. Best thing for me is the reminders that they send out, or I'd be in jail by now for forgetting all my returns! However as a first-time small business owner I wanted to be sure that I fulfilled all of my tax obligations and didn't miss anything, so I sought out some professional advise. I found the ladies at the Tax Store Mackay to be super friendly and helpful from the moment I rang to discuss an appointment. Veronica made me feel at ease and explained everything in a way that I would understand and happily answered all of my questions.
