My experience with Austra solar was really great , even three months after installation, I contacted them to help me with the solar wifi setup , customer service was great, they helped me every step of the wayI recommend highly recommend them

The job was completed less than a week after reaching agreement. Raavi S (after sales team) assisted with setting up the app on my phone & connecting me to the inverter. She was fantastic, nothing was too difficult.Thanks so much to the Austra Solar Power team & Raavi S in particular.

Lewis at Austra Solar was so helpful from start to finish. He was very quick to respond to my request for a quote and provided me with a detailed proposal. I did a bit of research and they were definitely the best value. Lewis helped me with finance applications and once approved the team were out a week later to install the panels. Very happy with the whole process as Lewis made it so easy.

Non stop pest calls, emails, I keep blocking - they keep sending.Also seems like our details were then shared as other Shark Solar companies then started contacting us...We are using Solar Quotes" now. Good solid advice and companies. THIS company is NOT on their list of GOOD / Reliable companies to use...."

I am very happy with Austra solar especially the account manager Sunny Singh. From quote to installation only took 3 business days. So efficient. And very honest people. Highly recommend this company.

Do not deal with this company, go with someone else. They promise anything to get the sale, but their after-sales support will do whatever they can to avoid helping.If you have already signed up, I recommend delaying the final payment until after the smart meter upgrade is completed to ensure that the system is 100% complete, compliant and is exporting power.They subcontract out all of the installation work, which means that it is nearly impossible to get them to fix any defects.Their after-sales support is completely incompetent or unhelpful. It took 3 weeks of me phoning every day to get them to contact the installer to fix an installation safety defect, which caused Energex to completely disconnect the system as part of the meter upgrade. Austra Solar’s approach was to listen to me on the phone and then do nothing.In my case, they refused to notify the installer and told me that it was not their problem. The defect was fixed within an hour of the installer finally being notified.Go with someone else. All of the solar companies are matching each other’s prices. You can find someone better.

My God got panels 2 weeks to send paperwok to Synergy in WA . Nothing but Hassells ringing them info how to turn on system spoke to so many people who didn't hav good english no response half the time so much stress ringing them trying to make them understand me how to turn on for Synergy wish I had never got this company
