Wonderful friendly small business that do a wonderful job. Our two Cavaliers can be a bit temperamental about grooming but they love coming here! Very competitive pricing and they do a great job!

Our poodle was so badly groomed that his hair was irregular length all over.He must have been brushed so harshly that he is in pain just to cuddle. He is also limping from whatever pressure was placed on his legs.Very sad for the price we paid.Would not recommend to anyone.Traumatic experience for our fluffy calm dog.

I had taken my dog two or three times before and young ladies groomed her. She came out beautiful, clean and beautifully brushed and smelt lovely.The last time I took her she was cut on her little body from the clippers and didn't even smell like she was washed . The groom was so bad it really looked like it was done by someone in a bad mood,

I was a regular customer for 12 years, 11 of those with 2 dogs. I called to make an appointment today to be told they had moved 40 minutes away. No advice, no notice. I had on occasion brought them lattes as a treat. There was an opportunity when they said one the staff was leaving, but didnt add 'and by the way we're closing after Christmas'. Should have put a card at the EFTPOS when they last took my money. Just rude.

Have just collected my dog just over 5 hrs after his appointment time- the last thing I said when I left him was careful not to cut his nails too short! 3 out of 4 times he’s come out with a bleeding nail - blood everywhere in the car and I spent an hour cleaning all the blood off his coat. Owner’s response was find another groomer- thanks for nothing! Bad attitude!

My toy poodle is totally blind and came out looking absolutely beautiful and stress free, my other little dog looked gorgeous so happy with the job done and have booked my next appointment

Not really a great experience. When first called got a woman quite abrupt and rude on the phone but thought give them a go anyways. The place was very filthy at even 8:30am and was told about 4 hours for a wash, trim etc. 2 hours it took which was lovely though her face trimming was not greatly done and didn’t smell very clean for the price you pay not very thorough. The worst was I could hear shouting from my car which was parked out the front, I thought it was some crazy person on the street but when I got out I realised the shouting was coming from in the store to see a woman grooming there was screaming at a small dog.I could not believe it and was in shock people who care for animals would scream at them like that. I could see the cage my dog was locked in and was absolutely filthy. Not a very pleasant place to take a dog, would not go back unfortunately.
