Patagonia

Went in on Saturday 12 Feb with my partner - both of us unmasked. There was a guy and a girl working, both absolutely lovely. We were going to By the C that night and he pulled out his phone and checked the weather for us to help us figure out what to wear. We told them both we'd be back the following day as there were a couple of things we wanted to buy before driving back to Melbourne.Went back today (Sunday 13 Feb) and a tall guy with long brown hair who, upon entering the store, told us we had to leave as we weren't wearing masks. We explained we were in there the day before without masks and there was no issue. We explained we were back to purchase our items. He told us to leave.Very disappointing from a customer point of view. My suggestion, work on the consistency of your policies, as you just lost a big sale.

I visited the store on 21st May 2022 and all I can say is... What a wonderful experienceThe store is such a great place and the team members are awesomeI wanted to particularly call out Jack (looks a little like John Lennon - this is a compliment btw) :)I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jack, he went over and above to make sure I received the help I needed and there was nothing that was any troubleYou are so lucky to have Jack in the team and I look forward to my next visit to the storeThanks so much Jack - you are amazing

Just a quick note to say that the follow up with repairs/warranty on the wetsuits at Patagonia lives up to the guarantee. The customer service was top notch. Thanks very much.

I went in to the Torquay outlet to return a wetsuit I had ordered online. I am from interstate where we don’t have a Patagonia store and wasn’t sure what the go was. The staff in store were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they assisted with other suggestions and were happy to provide a refund and advice on where else I could find non-neoprene wetsuits locally, that may be able to fit me a little better. I walked out with a greater appreciation for this amazing company after the most genuine interaction.

How can you possibly fault a place with such good ethics, great product and exemplary Customer Service? (well, their prices could be a tad bit more affordable, but that's the price one pays for lifelong warranty support). Keep up the good work Patagonia!

I was looking for a particular item and Patagonia helped me track it down to their Torquay store- they were so helpful! Great products (ethical, comfortable, great fabrics) and staff. As an organisation Patagonia are incredible - their committment and intiatives environmentally lift my heart and restore belief. Each time I've needed assistance (with an item or transfer from another store) they've been so helpful! Thank you!
