Horrible staff members and customer service experience.I’ve bought perfume from this shop, but realized that it’s for female.I’ve asked staff member if I can refund it back and get a new one for male.Although, the perfume has never been used before(still boxed and sealed, never been opened.) the lady at counter won’t allow me to change it. (In very aggressive maner.)Think twice before going to buy something from this shop. I’ll never gonna buy something.

I would have given zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting and rude comment passed on me when I went to get my prescription drug. I was told that the pharmacist is being generous by dispensing an important medication I was in the waiting list for. It’s your duty to provide people with their prescription meds not your generosity! Absolutely arrogant and shocking attitude… trying to prove me a liar in front of my daughter. I was only in the wrong store and mistook this store for the store across the road from where I had got a call to pick my medication.I will never visit this store again. Insensitive and inking people shame on you!!! Better learn to treat your customers with empathy and compassion as it does not cost you any $$$. Learn some good manners from the store on the opposite side on Victoria Avenue.

OMG I can’t believe the lady as security at the door just touched and opened my backpack with her hand! I am so going to lodge a complain to the headquarters.Well you don’t need to treat everyone like thief?And you are standing at the door, can’t you already see that I’ve paid for what I grabbed from the store, and then put the stuff in my backpack and hold the receipt on my hand ??? I’m really disappointed today of my shopping experience, the staff are extremely rude and misunderstood, me and my mom were getting items in the shop and we were paid normally, we already stepped out of the store their service alarm were rings, a young staff called us back and they thought me and my mom were stealing. We showed her the receipt they still don’t let us go and prefer to check our bag. They are been racist during the time we argued there’s multiple customers walked out from the store and the alarm still rings, they didn’t ask them to get back and check their bag they only let us standing at the front of the door, yelling each other and let us apologize to the staff???? I feel insulted and disgusting of get treated differently with other customers. The Asian man staff is also considered to call the police, me and my mom expect to get tested equal and fair just because we are a normal customer. No stereotypes

There was a young Asian staff member on register yesterday Thursday night looks like a casual staff and I've never seen such rude service before. She literally just chucks her change on the table...no manners. You should hand the change directly to customer and at least look happy and smile. This really irritated me as the morning staff are so lovely...

Shop is decent and is always well stocked. Except the security guard (white, Bulky build, has a beard) is extremely unfriendly and makes everyone uncomfortable. Literally death stares at people and doesn't smile or greet or anything. He spent 5 minutes checking my bag but let everyone else with a bag through. I avoid this chemist warehouse because the security guard is just so over the top? Like your not some hostile police guarding a crime scene..

There are two Chemistware house shops in chatswood near interchange outside the train station. It starts to provide the digital copy of the receipt and send by SMS is very convenient and handy. They recently changed the paper package from normal paper to foil paper.
