Problem when I tried to replace my 3/4 turn taps, it leaked, so I called number, and they gave me another number to call, which no one ever answered! So much for reliable, easy equipment and service.

A great product. Yes it was easy when updating my bathroom. I'll pick these for the next job. Quality fittings backed by the manufacturer. And as a bonus, so easy to get support when I needed a different set of Hot/Cold indicator buttons. Not the cheapest around, but well worth it.
