I have been training with Marissa for the last 8 years. Her expertise in the field of health and nutrition as well as personal training has been so amazing. She is so supportive and pushes me to my limits to help me achieve my goals. Over the years she has helped me get to my goal weight, run in fun runs and complete obstacles courses that I never thought I could do. She works with you to create achievable goals and pushes you every session. I look forward to her training session every week because they are always different she makes training fun.
