Place was nice wasn’t too dirty but the tv made a really annoying high pitched sound

What a ripper of a spot!! Good prices, great views, close to all the shops and restaurants!! Beach right on your door step, how goods that? Amazing if you ask me, definitely need to provide better tools and better pillows as the pillows weren’t great and towels you couldn’t even dry yourself with. Other then that it’s a great spot, have garage parking, lights in garage easy apartment access and also a outdoor shower to wash all the sand off or your surfboards. Definitely could get 5 stars, a few things just need touching up

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We found a dead cockroach in the towel which was placed on the bed before we move in. Which made me terrified and concerned about the hygiene of this apartment. I called the receptionist and told her what happened. And I requested to change the bedsheet as I have no idea where that cockroach had been through. However, the lady refused to change the bedsheet because we were only staying for 3 days. It will be too much washing for them. The reason doesn't make sense to me, as we paid full price for three days. And if there is a different customer, they should change the bed sheet anyway. In conclusion, I will not recommend this place due to its customer service and hygiene issue.

Firstly they have amazing location the views from the top balconies are soo great for sunset. But they apartments need a lot of love and attention, I felt the cost we paid for them was for the location not the actual apartment. Also was a shame they don’t have wifi which I was a little shocked with as its 2021 and not having wifi was realShock especially when we needed to work remotely. I do feel 3 stars is right for the property.

Newly renovated! We are loving our stay here, so quiet and convenient. Right on beach reserve. Definitely will return.
