Knowledgeable staff. Great mattresses. Got our Bellissimo refurbished under the free comfort promise (5yrs) and it's like new. Just purchased a perfect guest bedroom mattress too. It'll last just as long as it's double-sided as well. Being able to flip the mattress makes them last so much longer.

Needed to modify the camper mattress. Thought of Making Mattresses and visited. The guy had definite attitude to the point of being unfriendly. The lady was down to earth, charming and very very helpful. Interestingly neither gave out a name where as I introduced myself and they again added my name to a formal quote.

Bought 3 mattresses here nine years ago. Been incredibly pleased with how well they have worked. They are still comfy to sleep in. Bought another one today to replace one lost in the feb 2022 floods in Brisbane.
