I have recently wrote a review on Wollongong CPAP ,well I have been struggling with my masks as I am Claustrophobic .Many phone to calls to Liz on what can I do.Each time Liz has given me her time ,understanding most of all patience.Today I went back in and talk with Liz.Liz took me into the fitting and once again showed me all the masks and fitted each one to see if any were better, for me I feel I can’t breathe with the mask. Plus I suffer migraines the bands holding the mask feel restricting on my head .Many times Liz has suggested just using a nasal mask which I said I need mouth open to sleep. She asked me to try this sitting in the rooms which I finally realised the smaller one may be the best after all.Tonight I will see how it goes.If you are hesitant any way, go see these Ladies they are amazing.Never once, was I made to I feel a nuisance even though I thought I was. The patience and care to me is beyond anything that has ever been shown to me anywhere before.No one really understands how it feels to be claustrophobic, everything smothers you.Easy way to explain block your nose and mouth and try to breath ,maybe a bit of panic ,that’s me.I don’t know how tonight will go but finally I feel a lot better about using my machine ,I am not panicking anymore in case I stop breathing.Liz has given me the confidence to keep trying for my health.Thank you so much Liz for everything .

Found Illawarra CPAP shop very helpful. I have been using a ResMed auto from Gosford NSW 14 years.Tammy organized a new CPAP machine ResMed 10 auto. to continue medical sleep therapyMy son Shaun picked up this new device recently from Tammy who has been very helpful.Tammy delightful is a highly trained person made it quite clear do not hesitation contact Tammy for any medical advise Illawarra Wollongong.Very happy with my new Sleep Apnea machine. Two of the most helpful ladies,Mikayla and Liz .UnFortunately, I purchased my CPAP machine somewhere else, having problems with mask and other company wanted me to buy morre masks to get one that suits, at $170 I can’t afford. Made a phone call to wollongong CPAP who said come in and see them as I was having major problems with claustrophobia.Liz has been the most amazing patient lady. This is my second visit to try and get a mask that I don’t feel I am suffocating with .Today I have come away with another mask give it a go $20 rental fee to try for the right fit , what a difference.If you want someone that has patience and caring ,head to cpap Wgong to this place and see them, they will make sure you are fitted with right fit for you.

Excellent customer service and assistance but disappointed that they don't have a delivery service.Thankfully, customer service got me some quotes from courier companies for me to chose from. Normally I would collect but wasn't able to this time.
