The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They won't answer the phone, simply text back asking what you want. These guys don't stock anything, they are just a glorified courier service with excessive rates.I ordered a pallet of Besser blocks online and was given a delivery date for the next day, my order didn't come until 3 days later and I had to unload the pallet of blocks from the truck by hand since they wanted even more than the ludicrous $150 delivery fee for a service that would drop the whole pallet off (hiab). I then had to pay for the pallet and take it back to Midland brick where PBM had got the order from. What if I had no means to transport a pallet?I went to their warehouse to find it wide open and no one there. No stock, just a mess and a bunch of golf clubs and tee-off net etc. Seems these guys just need around all day.I'd give zero stars of I could. Do not use this company, it's a complete joke.

ORDERED A PIECE OF JARAH WASTED 3 HOURS TRYING TO PICK IT UP ONLY TO BE SUPPLIED A PIECE OF MDF

For my new office, I got Plasterboard, insulation, and Fibre cement cladding, and my office door too! All in one go! quick and simple, definitely the prices are very good and no need to go physically to the shops! It all delivered with a click of a button online!

My husband (20 years in the business) did a drop off for the Sales Manger, he is very unprofessional and very hard to deal with! He sent out the wrong products to his customer and was not helpful when trying to sort out the situation. He would not pay his bill in full and raised his voice at my husband. He had been hounding my husband to do jobs for him for 2 months and after finally helping him out, this is what we are left to deal with. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

Thanks to Krunal for his assistance getting some urgently needed MDF delivered. He took initiative to suggest an alternative, cheaper delivery method, was very transparent, providing extensive updates on progress. Delivery was seamless and on time. Overall an experience I can recommend.

Person on the phone was so helpful and I was able to pick up my purchase within an hour.
