Experienced great customer service at Plush Prospect! Staff are knowledgeable about products, fabrics and colour matching - they will ask questions to understand where the particular item you intend to purchase is going and the colours you have within your home to ensure the colour you are purchasing will not clash with other items in your home or look silly - which I think is a plus!Staff were also honest about the made to order wait times, especially during COVID and Christmas time. I was told 10-12 weeks and received my order within 11 weeks (24/12/20).The delivery drivers were so lovely as well - items were unpacked carefully and rubbish was taken away. I also received free delivery during a promotional period which is a bonus!I ordered a Snuggle Chair Petite with matching ottoman and it arrived today! Super happy with the chair, so comfy and so so happy with the fabric choice and colour!). Can't wait to style it properly, just waiting on other pieces ordered from other furniture stores.Definitely recommend visiting Plush Prospect - especially during promotional periods where there is huge savings to be found!

Retail staff wonderful, couldn't be happier with them, but that's where it stops.There is no service from the warehouse at all, we ordered our lounge Nov21, its April 22 & still nothing, the retail staff can't do anything &it's not their fault, all you get is a text here of there which is not acceptable.In short I hope there are no problems with my lounge because I would NEVER buy from Plush again.

My wife and I just made a couple of purchases from this store and it was fantastic! We were looked after by Kelly. What a wonderful customer service experience it was. Just so helpful, she was spot on with her advice and happy to just take you for a look around the showroom to help make the right decision. And we are SO happy with out picks. And a shout out to Tim also, lovely fellow. Very welcoming and cheerful. Made us laugh many times. Also, both Kelly and Tim very great with our 18 month old son. Definitely would recommend to others.

I thought this was an excellent store. We weren't quite sure what we wanted when we walked in but were given time to browse, with someone being both available and interested when we had questions. The value of staff that are *interested* without being pushy is fantastic. I wanted in particular to mention Sue and Vicky - I don't often remember names but I remembered theirs. Once we found what we wanted, they helped figure out what fabric to use and we walked away happy. In the 3 months since purchase, we've not had 2nd thoughts at all, which is a testament to being given good advice that was relevant and useful. Thank you for being great!

The service we received from Tim at Plush Prospect was the best customer service we've experienced in years. He knows his product and, as a result, we love our new lounges. We will shop there again in future!

First time customer for plush and it has been a very disappointing one! Firstly our couches were significantly delayed due to shipping. But not one person contacted us and when we received an email to say someone will call you because your couch will be delivered within a 2-4weeks, nobody did. So we called the customer service team 3 times and no one returned our call like they said they would. 2 weeks after receiving the couch, the base has snapped. Again, I’m having difficulty getting in contact with anyone. The couch is decent and the delivery drivers were lovely but there is no customer service within the business once they have processed the transaction. Extremely disappointed!

We purchased a lounge from Prospect prior to lockdown and was assisted by a wonderful staff member Tim. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and provides phenomenal service time and time again. Every interaction with Tim has been an absolute delight and his customer service is second to none. The reason why we purchased our lounge from Plush was due to Tim's knowledge and incredible service!He is a true credit to Plush and deserves acknowledgement for his great work.

Had to pay extra to have the lounge delivered at a time when I was available. They only accept cash and do not provide a receipt.Knowing they don't take the packaging away, this is how my front yard looked after I cleaned it up.Great service for a $7,000 lounge.You expect more when you are a repeat customer. This was the second (and last) lounge i bought from Plush.Even better when you ring their help desk and they answer Nick Scali"."
