Jake is awesome, I've used him now to buy our house, sell it and buy land. Very easy to talk to and always available to call or email, and his team are great too. Very quick to send documents to for checking over and to get an explanation for anything. I also like that they have a physical office close by to do the signing and identity verification all in one spot to make sure we don't get anything wrong.
