Balun Park
Great little place where kids can climb and play. Isn't very big or popular but has two other parks on the way in and out from this park. Good pit-stop when going for a walk or biking.

Large open green space next to a children's play area. Large shady trees are perfect shelter on a hot day. Family friendly.

Great big park with lots of different areas so you can have a private time or a social time.Good access to the creek, if your dogs lime a swim!If only they would do a better job of mowing and spray for prickly weeds every now and then.

This is one of those awesome places, tucked away in the heart of Newmarket/ Ashgrove. Awesome Bikeway and parks and gorgeous Enoggera Creek and the famous 'Turtle bridge' where I saw this Spoonbill, one of my favourite birds and a sign that the local area is in good shape.
