6 dryers to choose from, one not listed on the kiosk as available assumed out of order although no signage to prompt customers. 4 of the other working" dryers not heating clothes to dry with only one working onky by touching the door whilst on. After spending hours left with baskets full of clothes not even close to dry. Also used the washers and after loading my clothes into washer 5 and going to the kiosk it wasnt available so again no signage for customers to be aware the inconvenience to unload and reload in to the next machine."

Dryers are constantly saying no vacuum every 2 minutes and then stops. My clothes were in for just under an hour and they were still wet

All 6 dryers out of order today,anytime there is rain most dryers are always out of order and no one to contact this is the 6th time this has happened to me here over it will go to Springfield laundry mat for now on as there always working.

Out of the 6 dryers, 1 was out of order and on this particular day all dryers were not heated. All giving out cold air. Contacted person via email and this person is not able to be contacted. Did give 2 other numbers to contact but no answer and both located in Adelaide. Very frustrating and time wasted. You cannot guarantee that the dryers have been serviced or lint has been removed. Tried to post this but unable to unless I gave it a gold star. Ridiculous

This laundromat deserves a 5 star for its cleanliness, availability of machines and convenience. Card system is great, easy to use with a notification sent to phine when washing is ready.

The most dirty disgusting laundromat I have seen.Equipment was absolutly filthy. You can tell no one goes there.I would not even wash anything or dry anything in those machines.Obviously no one cleans the equipment and store.Recommendation is ZERO

Above all CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED MACHINESSelf dosing detergent system. Well thought out. Easy to use. Cards and online transactions for easy payment. One of the best laundromats I've been to. Handy that they have a pet specific washing machine too.
