Before you engage this company, check their policy on travel time. I live 11 kms from the K Mart... closer than Riverside from their business premises and yet they charged me 15 mins travel times both ways! That $25 added on to a weekly clean even before they start. When I negotiated a 10 minute travel time with the owner, she re-nigged, told the cleaner to only do the required hours, and add travel time... very disappointed. Never once returned my calls, I had to ring time and time again!

A business colleague highly recommended 'Launceston Cleaning Services' as they regularly use them for their workplace. Excellent service, very pleased. Will definitely be using again.

Things haven't improved since last review apparently. Very poor clean of my rental property after tenants lease had expired. Some specific tasks not touched Complained and they went back to rectify with minimal improvement. Took 3 members of My family another 3 hours to clean to a suitable standard. I was very unimpressed to say the least !

Can you give minus five charged 280 dollars to clean windows money up front my 8 year old grand daughter could have done a better job if you're in southern tas get boa vista they are brilliant I am so disappointed with launceston cleaning services

I hired this company to do an end of lease clean for the two bedroom property I was leasing. I have worked as a cleaner myself for many years however I did not have the time to clean as I had to relocate to Hobart. They brought in a team of 2 and I paid them for 5 hours plus additional costs and time for carpet cleaning. All that was left to do was a very basic clean and carpets. I could have cleaned the whole place solo easily within 5 hours. My landlord was less than impressed and informed me that obvious places were not cleaned such as where the whitegoods once were, were not even touched. When I contacted the manager, I was informed they ran out of time to get it all complete after originally coming out and doing a quote and ensuring me they could complete the job in the alloted time. They demanded more money to go back and clean the property, which I refused to pay. I had already paid them upfront for the 5 hour job I was quoted. The manager/owner had very poor customer service skills and spoke very rudely to me. I'm now hearing others have had the same experience.
