The lady that works at this Riverwood office said it would cost me $80 to get a tax file number for my business.(She takes advantage of youth that are learning)

The fees are exorbitant - they charge extra for everything they can think of. I realize this is through no fault of the staff and they are just following the fee structure imposed on them.I paid $264 for an extremely straight forward return that took less than an hour. $159 for the standard refund plus $15 each for seven ETFs. My partner paid $170 at an independent tax agent for a much more complex return including two investment properties.I don’t see any value add by using this service compared to preparing it yourself. Lesson learned.

John is very helpful. My tax depreciation schedule needed to be amended, he amended it the same day he got the email from my accountant. I personally recommend their service, good value and timely response via email.
