The manager there is a legend! Absolutle gentlemen. My (Out of warranty by months) PS4 started playing up and finally wouldnt sync my controls or when they would i'd get super lag..I didn't know what to do or where to go, i thought it's worth a shot to call EB Games. I spoke to jordan the manager. God bless you mate! I felt like i was treated like family. He helped me to the fullest i couldn't believe he would refund the whole purchase price! Even After over 2 years i was helped out, refunded. This is the place to buy items with peace of mind knowing they'll look after you! Im so happy hey. He put it towards a layby for a ps4 pro. This guy rocks! What an amazing dude with a heart of gold! Highly highly recommended!S,mcleany.

Honestly the best store I've ever been to ever, has a ton of great stuff, the staff are always awesome, literally no point going to Dandenong Plaza if you don't go here.

Amazing service, I don't know why there are 1 start reviews, never had any problems here. Just 1 small problem, can the staff stop pushing me to buy insurance if I've already said no.

Brought far cry 5 deluxe edition for $99.95 the disc didn't work in my console but they wouldn't refund me the money. And they all have a horrible attitude, it would t hurt to give a smile.

Manager is an absolute cock. Banned me for accusably stealing a pin. I obliged to his instructions of emptying my pockets and told me to leave the store even though he had found nothing.Was planning to buy a lot of games but will not anymore. Do not go into here, you will be treated with utter disrespect

this store I find is the better of my local storesthe staff are good and know about most of the popular games and the service is great overallCan't fault each staff member as each has a good thing I can say about eachand although the prices are high I often find a item or 2 that's hard to findbut EB as a company I think they're getting rid f the good staffupdateapparently the store is now closed / gone bustmy overall opinions that early - mid 2019 they got rid of Jordan ( great manager and did good ) and moved him to waverly gardensreplaced him with Jacinta and then the shop went downhill fastthey hired so many new workers and never gave the good staff a decent chance to get goodI never thought this store to be great but they just never really had any good staff after replacing the good staff from about 2014 - 2018

yeah not bad brought monster energy supercross so hopefully good.too many bogan and loose units in food court.it would be better to bulldoze dandenong start again.
