Staff we're very accommodating and knowledgeable. I'm glad that I decided to go to the shop to physically see the bikes I was researching before making a buying decision. I was surprised when the staff reccommended an L frame for me when I read that for my height it should be M/L according to the Trek Website. When I tried testing both frames and I felt more confident and comfortable riding the L frame! I would have never known that if I had bought online or secondhand with the M/L size I thought was right for me. The staff also gave great tips in caring for and transporting my bike.Thanks again to the amazing Brookvale Bike Factory team!

The most crucial thing to look out for, especially if you don't know much about the topic, is an insightful person to assist. I spent a good 2 to 3 hours absorbing the vast amount of information I was being provided with from a weathered and obviously passionate Bike Factory representative. I consider myself to have lucked out in entering the store.

Fantastic service!We got a general reminder to bring in the bike for service which by it self is really considerate. Everything was locked in and another reminder specifically for the day.I forgot to drop off the bike and got a call in the morning. Service and tuning were perfectly done and bike was also cleaned as it was pretty dirty after our camp trip.Friendly staff and positive approach.Really happy!Thanks, Brookvale Bike Factory team!

Update:Picture attached would explain why the tuneless set up didn’t work. Great work guys. Literally charged me to remove the tubes….Purchased a trek mountain bike a few years back from here. Paid extra for it to be set up tubeless.Tyres constantly flat when I went back was told it’s because I didn’t ride it enough, they pumped them up and sent me on my way. Went back a second time told the same thing.Finally got around recently to stripping the tyres off the rims…..All they did for a tubeless set up was remove the tubes…..great waste of money paying for them to set it up.Also did not do a fitting when I purchased the bike.Avoid this shop!
