I highly recommend Cowley. The electrician was on time and completed all of the work to a high standard. He explained all of our options and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

Jack organised a replacement for my water heater after I had some problems with rampant electricity usage. He initially resolved the immediate problem just before Christmas, provided a competitive replacement quote and replaced the unit to my schedule in early February. The plumber that Jack used, Jake, was fantastic as was Jack's sparkie. Doing business with Crowley Electrical is really easy, they show up on time, charge a fair price, and do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. You can't ask for more.

Fantastic service from the team at Cowley - Bryce and Callam sorted out a series of jobs I needed doing, from replacing halogen downlights with LEDs, replacing a Tastic light and installing some new power points. Clean and tidy, consultative along the way as well. Will definitely use them again in future if needed.

I was lucky enough to get someone to have a look at why my meter box would sometimes trip and why a surge protector blew in the house; a great service person turned up on time but extremely disappointed in the management, who never bothered to ring me about the bill - 3 hours work was over 1000 dollars. I was charged $139 for a light switch that took 10 minutes to swap out. It's disgusting to charge people a Disability Pension for 3 hours of work at horrific prices. Materials were quoted on the Meter box but not on a tiny light switch which was 139.00 I have just checked online, cost around 30.00 (maximum) - PLEASE PEOPLE, DON'T HAVE ELECTRICIANS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Just because a tradesman is hard to get doesn't give them the right to charge absorbent prices
